DescriptionAs the SEO & PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for driving organic growth and paid acquisition across global markets.
You will plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across search, display, retargeting, and social channels while also leading on-page and technical SEO strategies.
This role combines expertise in content optimisation, paid media, and data-driven decision-making to grow our brand authority, improve conversion rates, and maximise ROI.
Working closely with analytics, product marketing, and design teams, the specialist will develop and optimise campaigns to meet performance goals and deliver measurable ROI.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Paid MediaDevelop & Launch Global PPC Campaigns: Create, implement, and optimise paid search, display, and social campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks.Keyword Research & Audience Segmentation: Identify high-value search terms and customer segments to maximise reach and relevance.Budget & Bid Management: Monitor daily spend, adjust bids, and refine campaign structures to achieve target cost-per-lead (CPL) and acquisition costs.Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Collaborate with content and design teams to produce and test landing pages, ensuring compelling messaging and user-friendly layouts.Content & SEOSEO & Keyword Optimisation: Conduct thorough keyword research, implement on-page optimisations (e.g., meta tags, headers), and ensure content aligns with best practices to improve organic rankings.Content Strategy & Creation: Work with internal writers or agencies to create engaging blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, aligning themes with customer pain points, product positioning, and global brand voice.Technical SEO: Ensure the website adheres to best practices for site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data.
Perform regular audits to identify and resolve performance or crawlability issues.Link-Building Efforts: Identify partnership and outreach opportunities, monitoring backlink profiles to strengthen domain authority and visibility.Cross-Functional CollaborationAlignment with Product & Sales: Partner with product marketing and sales teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with pipeline objectives, product launches, and regional nuances.Global Team Coordination: Work with regional marketing leads to adapt messaging and targeting strategies for local markets, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.Creative & Analytical Synergy: Collaborate with designers and data analysts to craft visually impactful campaigns backed by performance insights.Performance Monitoring & ReportingKPI Tracking: Measure key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS for paid channels, alongside organic rankings, traffic growth, and engagement for SEO.Data-Driven Optimisation: Analyse campaign data to uncover trends and opportunities, sharing actionable recommendations with the Director, Digital Marketing and other stakeholders.Reporting Cadence: Provide regular performance updates, spend forecasts, and campaign summaries, highlighting successes, lessons learned, and next steps. Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Professional Background: 4+ years' experience in B2B or SaaS digital marketing, managing both SEO and paid media (search, display, remarketing, social).
Technical ProficiencyPaid Platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other retargeting networks.SEO Tools: SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms for keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitor insights.Analytics: Google Analytics or comparable tools, plus familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.Analytical & Creative Mindset: Demonstrable success in optimising campaigns, landing pages, and content for conversions and ROI.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
Global Perspective: Must be comfortable adapting campaigns and content strategies for various international markets.
Flexibility: Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required to coordinate with global teams.
