This individual will play a crucial role in driving our clients' online marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on Facebook Ads, SEO, HubSpot, email marketing, and LinkedIn profile optimisation.Key Responsibilities: Facebook Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimise Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Use analytics tools to track performance and report on campaign success. SEO Strategy and Implementation: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, optimise web content, and monitor website performance through SEO tools. HubSpot Experience: Manage the CRM in HubSpot, set up marketing automation workflows, create email templates, and track the success of email campaigns. Email Marketing Campaigns: Design, execute, and analyse email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement rates, conversions, and accurate segmentation of target audiences. LinkedIn Profile Building: Optimise LinkedIn profiles for individuals and companies to enhance visibility, engage with prospects, and generate leads. Performance Reporting: Regularly track and analyse key metrics related to the above marketing activities and present insights and recommendations to optimise performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in managing successful Facebook ad campaigns and digital advertising. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimisation techniques. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including email marketing, automation, and workflow management. Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns using HubSpot or other platforms. Expertise in optimising LinkedIn profiles for business and personal branding purposes. Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Facebook Ads Manager. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other social media platforms and their advertising tools. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
