Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate will deeply understand SEO, paid advertising, social media, WordPress, basic programming languages, CRM and list management, email marketing, and analytics, including Google Analytics.Key Performance AreasSEO management:Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance organic search visibilityDevelop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategiesMonitor and report on SEO performance, identifying areas for improvementPaid advertising:Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)Manage paid budgets, analyse campaign performance, and generate actionable insightsSocial media management:Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagementCreate and curate content for various social media platformsMonitor social media trends and analytics to inform strategyWebsite management:Maintain and update the company website using WordPressEnsure website content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimised for search enginesCollaborate with developers to implement new features and functionalitiesCRM and list management:Manage and segment customer databases to ensure targeted marketing effortsDevelop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and acquisitionEmail marketing:Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflowsAnalyse email performance metrics and implement improvementsAnalytics and reporting:Utilise Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performanceGenerate regular reports and provide insights to optimise digital marketing effortsQualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or related platforms Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing or a related roleExperience in Financial Services (Adv.)Proven experience in SEO, paid advertising, social media, WordPress, and CRMBasic programming skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are advantageousProficiency in email marketing platforms and Google Analytics
