Role Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Global Performance Marketing Manager and working closely with the Marketing Manager for respective markets, the Digital Marketing Executive will drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion across our digital platforms. You'll manage social media and PPC campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our brand message is consistent and impactful across all customer touchpoints.
Primary Responsibilities:
Drive traffic, lead generation, and optimize customer conversion.
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn) for organic and paid activities, including translations.
Coordinate PPC accounts, optimizing reach and budget with market-specific adaptations.
Collaborate on customer segmentation for effective targeting and retention.
Monitor metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
Implement branded communications (display ads, digital brochures, newsletters).
Develop branded content with the Creative Services Team.
Support agency relationships and marketing activities.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC and Google Ads.
Proficient in two or more relevant languages (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong familiarity with social media business tools and B2C content creation.
Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience with email and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Knowledge of SEO/SEM standard methodologies.
Basic skills in HTML, CSS, and Adobe InDesign.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels.
Passion for customer engagement and brand communication.
