We are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about creating and managing engaging content across various platforms. This role involves producing short-form media clips, managing a robust LinkedIn presence with daily posts, preparing and conducting insightful interviews, and coordinating live filming sessions. Additionally, the ideal candidate will drive our Client's SEO strategy, maintain and update their website using Wix, and support the development of their blog section. What You'll Be Doing:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for producing and managing a variety of content, including short-form media clips, LinkedIn posts, articles, and live interviews. You will also drive our Client's SEO strategy and maintain their website. If you are a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and a knack for using the Wix platform, we want to hear from you!
Content Creation and Management:
Edit and produce 1-2 short-form media clips per week from interviews for YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn content.
Create and schedule 20-25 LinkedIn posts per month, ensuring each post is live by 9am daily.
Interview Preparation and Management:
Assist in preparing Q&A style interviews, conducting 20 leader interviews per month.
Screen interview answers and identify individuals for follow-up interviews.
Coordinate logistics for 4-5 LinkedIn Live filmings per month, prepare interview questions, manage technical aspects, and communicate with senior interviewees.
Website and SEO:
Develop and maintain a blog section on our Client's website.
Implement and manage an SEO strategy linked to their interviews.
Perform frequent updates on their website using the Wix platform.
What We're Looking For :
You're likely a great fit if you have:
Proven experience in content creation, particularly with short-form video and LinkedIn posts
Strong writing skills for articles and social media content
Experience with interview preparation and conducting professional communications
Familiarity with SEO strategies and implementation
Proficiency in using the Wix platform for website updates and blog management
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills, particularly with senior-level individuals
Ability to manage technical aspects of live filming's and content production.
Where and how you can work
To be successful, you'll need to:
Work on-site from one of our office hubs in either Cape Town (Wynberg), Johannesburg (Sandton) or Durban (Umhlanga).
Be willing to work non-traditional South African office hours.
