Role ResponsibilitiesThe Digital Specialist will drive online success for The Moorings or Sunsail! Manage social media & PPC to generate leads & engagement. Collaborate with internal teams for marketing optimization. Support the Marketing Manager with online initiatives. It is vital the Digital Specialist ensures consistency in brand marketing and help reinforce the brand experience through relevant consumer touchpoints.
Primary Responsibilities:Working closely with the Global Performance Marketing Manager, successfully deliver high quality traffic and lead generation and optimize customer conversion.Manage The Moorings or Sunsails social media (organic & paid) and PPC accounts, through lead gen & organic and paid activity inclusive of language translations depending on the customer market.Work closely with the CRM team on customer segmentation to help drive efficiency in targeting and messaging and to deliver lead generation and customer retention targets.Monitor and report on metrics and suggest improvements to achieve our digital marketing goals.Implement and optimize branded communications templates such display advertising, digital brochures and newsletters.Work with the Creative Services Team to help to develop branded content to support key facets of the online customer journey, for example: video, photography, copy, maps and illustrations, customer testimonials and user-generated content.Support agency relationships and other marketing activities as appropriate.What We're Looking ForDigital Marketing experience (degree or equivalent) with strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in relevant languages (ideally 2+).Social Media expertise (tools & B2C content creation).Familiarity with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), email/CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce), and SEO/SEM standard methodologies.Bonus: Experience with display marketing (PPC, Google Adwords), HTML/CSS, and basic graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Indesign).Customer focus: passionate about the brand and adept at clear, professional online communication.Our dedication to equity, diversity & inclusionWe believe people are happier and perform best when they are able to be their true self, and that diverse teams deliver better results.
