What you will be doing:Digital Marketing Strategy Implementation: You will craft and roll out brilliant digital marketing strategies to achieve the company's business goals. You'll run digital marketing campaigns like a pro, ensuring customers are engaged and informed. You'll collaborate with marketing, sales, SCM, and customer service to keep everyone aligned and working towards the same objectives.CRM Management: You keep the CRM system running smoothly, ensuring it meets the needs of marketing, sales, SCM, and customer service. You are expected to manage relationships with service providers, including implementation partners and support teams.Data Analysis and Reporting: You dive into CRM data to track customer engagement, sales trends, and the effectiveness of communication strategies. You'll analyse data from digital marketing campaigns to measure performance, customer engagement, and sales trends. You will use data analysis tools to uncover insights and pinpoint areas for improvement in digital advertising strategies. You'll deliver regular reports to senior management, packed with insights and recommendations to guide decision-making and shape digital marketing strategies.Training and Support: You provide CRM system training and support to staff across departments, helping them leverage the system to achieve business goals. You will offer ongoing support to employees, ensuring they're proficient in using the CRM platform.Content Creation and Management: You'll oversee the creation and management of digital content, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters. You'll ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.Marketing Platform Management: You'll develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to boost the company's online visibility and drive traffic to the website as well as monitor and analyse the performance of SEO and SEM campaigns, tweaking them as needed to improve results. You'll develop and manage the company's social media presence, from creating and scheduling posts to responding to comments and messages and analysing engagement metrics. You create, implement and monito email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.Administration: You will handle CRM-related administrative tasks, including budget recommendations, expense monitoring, and documentation management. You'll conduct market research to spot trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital marketing landscape. You will be analysing competitor strategies and performance to inform the company's digital marketing efforts.We are looking for someone who has the experience and expertise to know what's next.
