In doing so, the Digital Campaign, Online, and SEO Manager should be able to ensure that all digital platforms pertaining to the business are optimised and kept up to date with all the current digital management tools.A key component of the position will be to measure, compile and present campaign results and objectives, as well as the ability to manage and work alongside external or internal creative teams. The Digital Campaign, Online, and SEO Manager is a creative marketing mind with the ability to organise projects, meet deadlines and manage workflows.The ability to interpret analytics and troubleshoot web-related technical issues is an advantage. The Digital Campaign, Online, and SEO Manager must have strong attention to detail and accuracy. The Digital Campaign, Online, and SEO Manager must display a sense of ownership and pride in their performance and its impact on the company's success.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Key Performance Areas: KPA PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Manage company websites Ensure content on all company sites is kept up-to-date, relevant, and accurate.Ensure that the content of all sites is well-structured and easy from a UX perspective.Liaise with all role players: Vendors, Brand managers, Service providers, and the Marketing team.Produce content schedules and audits on a quarterly basis, to keep copy up to date and to create new content at appropriate times.Analyse analytics data to learn how users interact with your site.Ensure that all vendors and First Distribution brand guidelines are adhered to.Manage third-party support and development provider activities (1-Grid, First Tech, AS Tech). Manage SEO Develop effective SEO strategy for all digital platforms.Optimise digital content for SEOWork towards organic search optimisation maximization.Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices.Increase organic and paid web traffic Digital Media Campaigns Monitor ROI, Conversions, redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.Keep a project sheet for all campaigns.Utilise strategic media partners for boosting the effectiveness of campaigns.Manage PPC campaigns and budgets effectively.Run Campaign setup and lead workflows.Manage lead generation campaigns for the business and brands.Prepare and present reports regularly.Provide guidance and training on digital marketing platforms and systems.Stay up to date with the latest functionality of digital advertising & analytics platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) as well as email marketing systems (Everlytic).Keep an updated task list and project sheet for all campaigns and initiatives. Social Media Management Prepare optimised social media copy and posts for organic and paid social media activitiesManage, report, and respond to social media feedback, comments, and activitiesGrow the group's social media profiles and increase social media engagement and awareness.Stay up to date with developments and generate innovative ideas to draw the audience's attention across social media channels General Prepare and present reports regularly to key stakeholders.Manage and update all marketing tools and resources as needed.Stay up to date with developments and generate innovative ideas to draw the audience's attention across all marketing mediums COMPETENCIES: Knowledge – You must know: Skills – You must be able to perform: Attributes – You must in a way that will drive successful performance which is supported by the Company's values. Knowledge of relevant brand products and process.Knowledge of vendor structure to have the correct point of contact.Knowledge of information management industry in South Africa.Knowledge of IT Industry.Technical knowledge of VMware Cloud Technologies and GTM.Excel IntermediateDemonstrated accuracy and attention to detail with numbers.Demonstrated confidentiality.Ability to deliver on service level agreements.Demonstrated ability towards business intelligence.Adhere to all policies and procedures that are implemented by the Company.Certify on VMware required cloud technologyDemonstrate good presentation skills and use of PowerPoint.Attitude – always demonstrate your best in your role and ensure professional attitude with internal and external customers.Respect – demonstrate respect with actions and words to internal and external customers.Accountability – accountable for the consequences of your action, both positive and negative.Integrity – consistently honest and truthful in dealings with peers, customers, and vendors.Teamwork– strive to work productively in co-operation with one another, fostering a healthy atmosphere with mutual support, thus allowing everyone to achieve their own work-related goals.Enjoyment – be creative and enrich the working atmosphere.BCom in Marketing Management or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of proven experience in successfully developing and executing digital campaigns and SEO improvement projects.Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.Strong experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google My Business.Strong experience running digital campaigns across platforms in RSA and Africa (B2B experience a plus).Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies or solutions within the industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc)Comfortable analysing a high volume of data daily.Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.Experience with other aspects of marketing (such as customer growth or promotion, copy and asset creation, landing page creation, sales funnels, attribution, and conversion metrics is a plus)Google Analytics Certified GGoogle Search and Display ads CertifiedNice-to-have Skills:Experience in Graphic DesignDigital marketing courses and certifications are added advantageBackend cPanel and hosting support experience a plusOffice Requirements:Work-from-office environment.Semi-formal dress code.Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00.Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.Note:The remuneration package will be discussed during the selection process.
