Digital Marketing Manager

A popular up and coming fashion retailer located in East London is looking for a digital marketing manager. This company has quickly asserted itself within the fashion world due to their ability to adapt to current trends and tailor to all occasions.

As a digital marketing manager, you will be responsible for driving retention and acquisition strategy across all markets. This includes full ownership of the digital marketing budget to develop and execute an effective CRM strategy. You will also need to identify new opportunities for growth and work closely with the customer service manager to drive profitability within the business.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in CRM or digital marketing with the ability to develop multi-channel campaigns. You will need to be an effective and confident communicator with a proven track record of scaling a customer base in a direct-to-consumer business.

The salary is up to £65,000 with a KPI related discretionary bonus, competitive pension scheme, and 40% employee discount.
