What you will be doing: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business goals, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Conduct regular brand audits and market research to fine-tune positioning and strengthen our presence in the market. Direct lead generation strategies through SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns, while managing paid ads on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture high-quality leads, ensuring smooth tracking and management through Salesforce. Oversee social media presence and website, keeping both fresh, engaging, and optimised for lead generation and customer interaction. Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and freelancers to create impactful marketing materials that showcase our client's expertise in property development. Monitor campaign performance and website traffic, using analytics to refine strategies and continually improve results. Provide regular reports on key metrics and marketing successes to leadership, while managing relationships with external partners to ensure top-notch marketing outputs.
What you need: A relevant tertiary qualification, as well as certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar would be beneficial. 3-5 years of experience in brand management or digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, campaign management, and measurable brand growth. Experience in the property development or real estate sector is highly desirable, along with expertise in customer relationship management within this industry. Proven success in using digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Proficient with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM platforms like Mailchimp and Salesforce. Strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex data to develop actionable strategies, optimise marketing spend, and improve ROI. Creative thinker with a passion for content creation, storytelling, and developing innovative marketing ideas to engage customers and promote the brand. Excellent organisational and communication skills, managing multiple projects and collaborating effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
