Our marketing team forms an integral element of our Go to market team. We play a fundamental role driving demand for sales and customer success.
Our team consists of 5 members spanning marketing strategy, partnerships, demand generation, content and the website.
What will you do?
Your focus will be the development and performance of the website. Optimising the website and SEO to increase website conversion achieving a high-level of quality leads for the business.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in website management, SEO, and digital marketing, with a focus on optimizing and managing our website on a day-to-day basis. Experience with Webflow is highly preferred.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our website, driving organic traffic, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the website aligns with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

New Website Development

Lead the development of the new website including project managing the internal team and agency to ensure website is delivered on time and to budget

Website Management (Webflow):

Manage the day-to-day operations of the company website, built on Webflow.
Regularly update and optimize website content, design, and functionality to ensure a smooth user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues
Ensure the website is aligned with the brand's visual identity and marketing strategy.

SEO Management:

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website.
Conduct regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, including meta tags, content, backlinks, and technical SEO improvements.
Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates).

Content Optimization & Strategy:

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to optimize existing content and create SEO-friendly content.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine updates, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
Implement content marketing strategies that complement SEO efforts and drive engagement.

Analytics & Reporting:

Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Webflow's built-in analytics to track website performance and user behavior.
Provide regular performance reports, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
Continuously optimize the website and SEO strategy based on data-driven insights.

Collaboration & Project Management:

Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to implement web updates and campaigns.
Ensure timely execution of website projects and digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed for specialized SEO or website tasks.


Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on website management and SEO.
Experience of developing a new website in conjunction with an agency
Proven experience working with Webflow or similar website builders (experience with Webflow is strongly preferred).
Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and best practices for optimizing website content.
Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO software (e.g., SEMrush), and CRM systems (e.g Hubspot).
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how websites are structured (coding experience is a plus but not required).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills to work effectively across departments.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with other digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, email marketing, social media) is a plus.
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX best practices.
Experience with analytics and A/B testing tools - e.g. Heap, Mutiny etc.
