Who We're Looking For:
Desired Education: Bachelors in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or related major.
Experience: 18 Months + Experience in at least two of the following: General knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media ad management, Google Analytics, and CRO.
Qualities: Excellent customer service skills, capable of working concurrently on several projects, and excellent organizational skills.
What You'll Do:
- Manage all aspects of SEO and PPC campaigns for clients.
- Optimize client websites for search engines (on-page SEO).
- Perform keyword research for both SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Analyze competitors' websites and online marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage paid search ad campaigns.
- Prepare monthly SEO campaign reports.
- Consult with clients about their business goals and propose solutions.
- Analyze and correct technical issues on the backend of websites.
- Perform A/B testing with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience, with annual merit-based increases.
Working Hours and Location: We're currently looking for full-time team members to work in our Cape Town office.
Office Locations: Cape Town Office: Waterview CI, Century City, Cape Town, 7441, South Africa.
Work Hours: Monday through Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM SAST, Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM SAST.
