A Digital Marketing Lead plays a crucial role in driving the online presence and brand visibility of a company by developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products or services.

Location: Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram
Reports to: Marketing Director/Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for overseeing and driving all digital marketing initiatives, including paid and organic online strategies. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and improving online engagement. The Digital Marketing Lead will manage a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and design to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as customer acquisition, lead generation, engagement, and revenue growth. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure innovative strategies.
Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, development) to ensure campaigns align with overall brand messaging and goals.
SEO and Content Marketing: Lead the SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Oversee content marketing efforts such as blogs, video content, e-books, and infographics to drive engagement and build brand authority.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and ROI (Return on Investment).
Paid Advertising (PPC): Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. Maximize the effectiveness of paid campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management.
Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement a social media strategy to build and engage audiences on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Monitor and respond to social media activity, ensuring consistency in tone and message.
Email Marketing and Automation: Manage the company's email marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, email copy creation, automation workflows, and performance analysis.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance on best practices and skill development. Collaborate with other departments such as product, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners for specific digital marketing initiatives (e.g., content creation, PPC, SEO).

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience with digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other key digital marketing platforms.
Experience in marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with budget management and optimization of marketing spend.

Preferred: (Optional)

Experience in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot is a plus.

Salary Range: ?18,000 to ?20,000 per month
