We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Lead with a strong background in B2B digital marketing, e-commerce, and hands-on design and content creation experience.
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement within the B2B space.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and display advertising.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key industry trends, customer needs, and target audience insights, and leverage this information to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience, driving online sales, and maximizing conversion rates.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content marketing strategies, including the creation of compelling and engaging content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and more.Oversee the design and development of digital assets, including website design, landing pages, banners, email templates, and other marketing collateral.Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, and overall digital marketing ROI.Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and B2B marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for digital marketing initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and e-commerce.Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, marketing automation platforms, and e-commerce platforms.Hands-on experience with design and content creation using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
