They place immense pride in the values with which it conducts business, upholding the highest levels of business ethics and personal integrity in all types of transactions and interactions.How you'll roleAs the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Head of Marketing to devise and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and solutions to support the commercial strategy of the company. You are the ideal candidate if you possess a robust digital marketing background and are open to supporting various tasks within the marketing department, including material procurement, inventory management, and event coordination.Duties & ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll doEstablish a digital marketing strategy, including social media, aligned with the overall marketing strategy for each product/service as well as the overall brand.Work closely with the Head of Marketing to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.Ensure all content created is accurate and error-free by proofreading promotional materials, social media, digital and all other marketing elements.Responsible for final approval of all marketing documentation along with the Head of Marketing.Maintain the following digital platforms:Website maintenanceEnsure optimal chatbot functionalitySearch Engine Optimisation (SEO)Google Analytics and Google AdWords (paid search and display network campaigns)Google My Business (localisation)Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube)Track and report on all digital marketing activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to determine the success of digital marketing activities, make recommendations to optimise the company's digital marketing efforts and return on investment.Continually optimise the company website, social media pages and search engine optimisation (SEO) to generate quality leads and drive conversions.Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure objectives are reached within budget parameters.Identify new trends and technologies in digital marketing and recommend adoption of those most beneficial.Ensure that the company's products/services remain at the forefront of digital advertising by conducting research, including competitor and industry analysis and report on insights and learnings.Develop relevant social media content, both paid and organic, aligned to the overall marketing strategy and campaign briefs.Responsible for community management.Assist the Head of Marketing with external stakeholders to ensure that partnered marketing campaigns are executed effectively.Check and approve relevant supplier invoices and reconciliations.Submit quotes and invoices for approval.Ensure the necessary systems are updated with the most up to date piece of marketing material.Organise events including bookings, management of the event and logistics.Organise exhibitions/congresses including set-up/break-down of the stand, marketing materials and co-ordination of representation on the stand.Maintain adequate stock of marketing materials.Distribute relevant marketing materials and promotional items.Desired Experience & QualificationWhat you'll needBCom degree in Marketing/Communications, BSc (Hons) degree in Marketing or similar degree.3 - 4 years marketing/industry experience in a similar role (experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous).Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Knowledgeable on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube) as well as Facebook Ad Manager.Experience with Hootsuite.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Ability to be proactive and take initiative.An ability to prioritise is key as is the ability to manage a broad range of tasks.Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.Package & RemunerationR25,000 - R35,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
