They must understand all client Products and Services, the company's Commercial Strategy, and Marketing Objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong digital background and assist with tasks within the marketing department, such as ordering marketing materials, stock management, and event organization.Minimum Required Qualifications:Relevant Bachelor's Degree/Diploma: BCom in Marketing/ Communications, Business Science with Honours in Marketing, or similar.Experience: 3-4 years marketing/industry experience in a similar role (Healthcare industry experience is Mandatory).Skills required for the position:Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPointKnowledgeable on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and Facebook Ad ManagerExperience with HootsuiteExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to be proactive and take initiativeAbility to prioritize tasks and demonstrate attention to detailKey Accountabilities:Assist in establishing a Digital Marketing Strategy aligned with the overall Marketing Strategy.Work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute Digital Marketing Campaigns.Ensure all content is accurate and error-free across promotional materials, social media, and digital marketing elements.Responsible for:Website maintenance via CMSChatbot functionalitySEOGoogle Analytics and AdWordsGoogle My BusinessSocial Media PlatformsTrack and report on digital marketing activities monthly, quarterly, and annually.Continually optimize website, social media, and SEO to generate quality leads and drive conversions.Oversee digital marketing budget and ensure objectives are met within budget.Identify and recommend adoption of new trends and technologies in digital marketing.Conduct research, including competitor and industry analysis, to keep the company at the forefront of digital advertising.Develop relevant social media content aligned with Marketing Strategy and Campaign Briefs.Responsible for Community Management on client platforms.Check and approve relevant supplier invoices and reconciliations.Submit quotes and invoices for approval on various systems.Ensure systems are updated with the latest marketing material.Organize events and exhibitions, including logistics, set-up/break-down, and coordination.Maintain stock of marketing materials at Head Office.Distribute marketing materials and promotional items nationwide to consultants and doctors.
