Key Responsibilities:Digital Content Management:Edit and update website content (e.g. product descriptions, banners, images) to ensure accuracy and consistency.Assist in uploading and managing content across digital platforms.Social Media Management:Schedule, post, and monitor content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).Assist in creating and curating content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.Photography and Visual Content:Take high-quality photos of products, in-store displays, and events for use on digital platforms.Assist with filming content for our social media platformsCreate artwork for printCreate / edit artwork for digital useCreating reels and videos for social media that are engaging for our audience, and on-brandAssist with basic video editing in formats that engage social media audiences, capturing the personality of our brand (especially for Tik Tok)Design and execute targeted email marketing campaignsCollaboration and Reporting:Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and promotionsProvide input into creative strategies and conceptsGeneral Administrative Support:Stay updated on trends in digital marketing and social media to bring fresh ideas to the teamRequirements: Matric Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital media, or a related fieldMinimum 2 -3 years working experience in a similar roleGraphic Design: Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) and CanvaProficiency with ShopifyKnowledge of Email Marketing Software (especially Klaviyo)Proficiency with social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, YouTube, Tik Tok)Experience managing social media and creating contentStrong portfolioFamiliar with video editing softwareAttention to detailThrives working in a fast-paced environmentHighly Organised and a good communicator
