Key Responsibilities: Digital Content Management: Edit and update website content (e.g. product descriptions, banners, images) to ensure accuracy and consistency. Assist in uploading and managing content across digital platforms. Social Media Management: Schedule, post, and monitor content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Assist in creating and curating content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives. Photography and Visual Content: Take high-quality photos of products, in-store displays, and events for use on digital platforms. Assist with filming content for our social media platforms Create artwork for print Create / edit artwork for digital use Creating reels and videos for social media that are engaging for our audience, and on-brand Assist with basic video editing in formats that engage social media audiences, capturing the personality of our brand (especially for Tik Tok) Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and promotions Provide input into creative strategies and concepts General Administrative Support: Stay updated on trends in digital marketing and social media to bring fresh ideas to the team Requirements: Matric Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital media, or a related field Minimum 2 -3 years working experience in a similar role Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) and Canva Proficiency with Shopify Knowledge of Email Marketing Software (especially Klaviyo) Proficiency with social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, YouTube, Tik Tok) Experience managing social media and creating content Strong portfolio Familiar with video editing software Attention to detail Thrives working in a fast-paced environment Highly Organised and a good communicator
