Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist
The role of an IMCD Marketing and SEO Specialist is to create content and news, develop and deliver campaigns, messaging and positioning in order for IMCD to be top-of-mind when the key audience considers specialty distribution. Additionally, support in delivering leadership communications to employees via our internal channels. In this role, you will assist the Head of Marketing and Communications: Africa in developing and executing communications and marketing content plans supporting all African business units.
Person Profile: Targeted Skills & CapabilitiesDegree in (Digital) Marketing, User Experience, Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years in a similar role within a fast-paced organizationExperience in working with Content Management Systems (Salesforce is a plus)In possession of the Pardot Certified Specialist credential or willing to take a training and become certified on short termStrong track record and demonstrated experience in lead generation and achieving business growth through Inbound Marketing and hands-on SEO and SEA campaigns in a B2B environmentGood understanding of Digital Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Hotjar and SEO tools.Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to drive initiatives and conversion optimization through data insightsStrong knowledge and understanding of the South African marketExcellent communication skills, written and verbal with English as professional languageThe position is responsible for:Manage the IMCD SA, and Kenya website(s) and initiate ideas for further development of value-added functionalities and components, closely collaborating with Group Product Owners and our CMS technical lead on website strategies, data analysis, planning and priorities.Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to attract visitors to our website, create value-added customer experiences and generate Marketing Qualified Leads for SalesDrive and continuously increase traffic and grow the audience of our IMCD SA and Kenya website(s) through hands-on SEO, keyword research, SEA, targeted advertising campaigns and conversionPartner with our local sales, technical and business teams to initiate and execute strong inbound marketing strategies focused on lead generation for Sales teamsAct as the key point of contact for all local Digital Marketing and website-related questions, including local stakeholder managementWork closely together with Group Digital Marketing Manager on a local Digital Marketing strategy, reporting, tooling and optimizations of the digital marketing channels.Working together with Head of Marketing and Communications Africa, in setting up and driving integrated multi-channel campaigns, customer journeys, engagement programs and value-added content strategiesIdentify trends & insights to continuously optimize multi-channel conversion, spendings and performance through data-driven decisionsContinuously optimize customer experience and prospect conversion through on-page SEO, personalization and A/B testingMeasure and report performance of all Pardot campaigns and activities, assess ROI and KPIsGrow Digital Marketing in the organization through educating stakeholders and advising them on market trends and potentialWork Experience:A minimum of 4 years

Travel:Must have the flexibility to travel occasionally.
