Key Responsibilities Lead Sourcing & Generation Develop and execute digital lead sourcing strategies across multiple platforms (social media, search engines, email campaigns, etc.). Identify and implement techniques to capture, qualify, and nurture leads from various digital sources. Continuously analyze and optimize lead generation funnels to maximize conversions. SEO Strategy & Execution Conduct thorough keyword research and create optimized content strategies to increase organic search traffic. Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve website ranking, visibility, and user experience. Track and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and others. Content Optimization & Strategy Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website, blog, and landing page content. Optimize website architecture and content for targeted keywords and improved search engine rankings. Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance and user experience. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Set up and manage analytics tools to track key SEO and lead generation metrics. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, highlighting results, key insights, and actionable recommendations. Use data-driven insights to continually optimize and refine strategies for better results. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and SEO strategies. Provide guidance on SEO and digital marketing trends to support the teams efforts and drive company growth. Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience (3 years) in SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing. Demonstrable experience with lead sourcing and nurturing techniques. Strong proficiency with SEO and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. Knowledge of keyword research, content optimization, and website performance monitoring. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
