Digital Graphic Designer (Senior)

Role & Responsibilities: Using design software to create high-quality, innovative, and engaging visuals.Designing visuals for marketing purposes, such as content for social media, print advertising, Mailers, flyers, signage etc.Designing visuals for internal purposes, such as internal branding; digital and printed collateral.Communicating regularly and clearly with all members of the marketing team.Executing on the design strategy of a project, and creating the elements, layout, and format required in order to align them with the creative director's intent, in a way that is consistent with the brand and conceptualization leading up to the project.Integrating feedback into the final designs.Providing insight and guidance to the creative team, on the latest design trends and technologies. Skills & Experience: A relevant degree in graphic design.4+ years of experience working as a digital designer.A portfolio showcasing all relevant design work that upholds the standard of excellence that Shimansky is seeking.Extensive experience with the best practices required for design.Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)An up-to-date understanding of the latest graphic design trends.Ability to work well in a teamA relentless focus on attention to detail and consistencyAn ability to take ownership and work under pressureAdapt to change and respond positively to new challenges and deadlines, delivering excellence under pressureCan manage the delivery of the approved concepts through to final deliverables, ensuring all artworks are delivered on time and to spec Advantages Experience in Animation / HTML / After Effects / Premiere Pro / InvisionAgency experience
