Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our clients brand and business goals. Create engaging content across multiple formats, including blogs, emails, social media, and videos.Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our clients social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), focusing on audience growth and engagement.SEO & SEM: Optimise website content and digital campaigns to improve search rankings and manage PPC/SEM efforts to drive traffic and conversions.Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and partnerships. Track and report on performance to optimise strategies.Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across all digital platforms.Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor performance and make data-driven improvements.Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align messaging with company goals and values and collaborate on internal communications with the People & Culture Manager.Key Requirements:Experience: 5+ years in digital content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, CMS, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
