Their extensive product portfolio includes premium skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrances, and wellness products, all designed with a commitment to eco-friendly and ethically sourced materials.
We are seeking a Digital Content Manager to oversee the management of their websites and ensure optimal performance and user experience across all digital touch points.
The role will focus on executing content deliverables, managing promotional configurations, and troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with the global support team.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining the website's overall functionality, accuracy, and commercial alignment, directly supporting the market's business objectives and contributing to the company's success.
Requirements Job Requirements Oversee the setup and testing of local initiatives, offers, and merchandising using Cumulus.
Liaise with the IBM Sales Actions team to configure and test local promotional offers.
Monitor and manage server performance, ensuring optimal uptime.
Configure web servers and ensure smooth technical operations.
Align website content with the commercial plan and publish updates using CMS platforms (Sitecore, Censhare).
Ensure content quality and accuracy, ensuring it's up-to-date and optimized for desktop and mobile.
Test promotional mechanics to ensure proper functionality.
Remove outdated content and localize global content for the market.
Collaborate with functional teams to generate new content and website assets on-brand and on time.
Analyze website performance metrics and act on insights.
Write marketing copy and website text, ensuring brand consistency.
Create and manage visual assets using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of HTML and web standards.
Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset creation.
Experience with content management in CMS platforms.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is advantageous.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with fluent English proficiency.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Positive, proactive, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
