ENVIRONMENT: A cutting-edge Cloud Solutions Specialist seeks the expertise of a forward-thinking Digital Channel and Product Manager. The incumbent will support the department's objective to expand the company's addressable market by championing the digital activation portfolio and developing, managing, and supporting various aspects of Product Management. A relevant tertiary qualification is essential, along with over 2 years of experience in digital lead generation strategies, digital activation, and/or marketplace listing. A working knowledge of the following technologies is required: VoIP and IP Telephony technologies, including CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS solutions, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and ICT Security.
