This position reports to the Digital Campaign Specialist Team Lead. Your responsibilities will include: Ensure effective campaign planning and execution, against set targets and budgets, with a clear focus on incremental sales (cross-sell and up-sell opportunities) and improving advertising performance.Manage the full life cycle involvement in digital advertising campaigns from enquiry stage to campaign completion. This involves, but not limited to:Assist with proposals where necessaryBooking of campaigns into Asana and check against marketing calendarInsertion order and contract completion; ensure work does not commence without signed insertion orders)Prompt buyers and suppliers for briefs, check stockLiaise with client on creative assets; manage through to approvalLoad campaigns on Google Ad Manager timeouslyCompile POE once campaign is liveOnce campaign has ended, request invoice from FinanceProvide detailed analysis and reports to clients on campaign performance and delivery together with invoiceIdentify opportunities to improve campaign results and budget savings through innovative campaign productionEvaluate non-performers and connect with publishers to enhance campaignMonitor on schedule delivery and find ways to optimize based on clients success metricsDaily analysis of campaign performance and deliveryTroubleshoot targeting issues, resolve any traffic issues and reconcile discrepanciesEvaluation of advertising campaigns against in-house campaigns; reporting and success measurementQualifications & Experience required: Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Marketing/AdvertisingMust have an understanding of digital marketingMust have experience with DFP | Google Ad Manager or similar ad serving toolsAt least 2 years digital campaign management experience is a prerequisiteExperience in optimising campaigns for improved target ROI/ROAS/CPC levelsExperience in Paid media PerfoRmance and metrics with analysis reportingSkills & Attributes required: Smart, hard-working, with demonstrable integrityA passion online | digital marketing is essentialBias towards action and solution-orientedA self-starter and fast learner with an active thirst for knowledgeWilling to take direction and able to work independently, demonstrating initiativeHighly organised with meticulous attention to detailAbility to multi-task and to meet tight deadlinesComfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environmentConfident, with very strong interpersonal & communication skills and a proven ability to build productive relationships quicklyA strong working knowledge of Excel / Google sheets and Microsoft OfficeThe Environment:
