Digital Business Consultant / Product Owner – Aedpo

This role will be key responsible for the regional success of digital solution projects. The job owner will be fluent in digital product knowledge and translate high-level use of cases into technical product requirements. This includes all project phases from pre-sales consulting to solution deployment and project handover to service.

Main job function PO advises various internal stakeholders and customers on digital solutions and services. PO understands customer requirements from both a high level and technical perspective and translates requirements and use cases into digital solutions. PO coordinates and advises internal stakeholders and customers on the efficient and successful deployment of digital solutions. PO works and communicates closely with multiple stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and drive key customers and market requirements. PO acts as a digital "knowledge hub" for a country, sub-region, or region. PO implements best practices, conducts training, proactively and regularly communicates new solution features, and is eager to take on "challenging" use cases. PO stays up to date on Company's digital services, latest features, and market trends. PO acts as a role model for digital solutions, addressing gaps in processes and products, and ensuring that local team members are properly trained. Qualifications Relevant Degree / Diploma

Experience/Criteria Minimum of 5 years digital solutions and or product owner experience. Payment systems experience will be an advantage.
