Digital Account Manager (JB4248)Location: Rosebank, GautengSalary: R18 000 – R20 000 per monthDuration: PermanentAs a Digital Account Manager within our clients' digital agency, you will play a pivotal role in client engagement and project execution.
You will manage relationships with multiple clients, oversee digital projects including website development, and orchestrate digital campaigns across various platforms.
Your responsibility extends to ensuring financial success within the digital realm and delivering projects with excellence, on time, and within budget.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.3 years of proven experience in digital account management.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.Experience in managing website development projects.Google Ads certification and other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.Duties and Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, understanding their unique needs, objectives, and preferences.
Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and support.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss strategies, and identify new opportunities.
Address client requests and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Digital Project Management:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects for multiple clients, including website development, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.
Assist in the setup of sub-level accounts as needed, ensuring adherence to client requirements.Digital Campaign Management:Develop comprehensive digital campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of digital campaigns across various platforms.
Create and manage content calendars outlining the schedule of content publication.
Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content.
Monitor content performance and refine strategies based on insights and feedback.Digital Website Management:Lead the oversight of client websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and SEO implementation.
Manage day-to-day site enhancements and fixes.
Coordinate website updates, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting procedures.
Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities for optimization.Financial Management:Develop and manage project budgets for multiple clients.
Monitor financial performance against budget targets and take corrective actions as needed.
Prepare accurate billing statements and invoices for clients.
Collaborate with the finance team to forecast future revenue streams.Desired Experience & Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.3 years of proven experience in digital account management.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.Experience in managing website development projects.Google Ads certification and other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.Package & Remuneration:Location: Rosebank, GautengSalary: R18 000 – R20 000 per monthDuration: Permanent
