As a DevOps Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the technology stack used in our DevOps platforms. In addition,you will review existing processes and design automation solutions to improve efficiency, driving the platform to the next level. Collaboration with project teams to turn infrastructure designs into automated solutions using the most appropriate tools and platforms will be key. Security will be at the heart of everything you do, ensuring sensitive information is kept private and sealed.
You have knowledge of Linux operating systems with commercial exposure, and can script in one language such as Python, Bash, Java, or C++. You've also touched on automation products, think Ansible, Chef, Puppet or saltstack and you understand the process behind a CI/CD pipeline. Bonus if you can build one out from scratch with Jenkins, Gitlab or CircleCI.
