Well established East Rand based company seeks an R & D Manager with epoxy flooring experience.Role PurposeDevelopment of procedures/test methods in relation to epoxy testing and acceptance of raw materials, in-process, and final products in accordance with ISO regulations. Conduct and develop new products research and development of raw materials and alternatives as well as optimization of existing products to meet customers' requirements and/or revised product specifications for epoxy products and other epoxy and cementitious systems related to the range.Minimum Requirements- Chemistry Degree- Minimum five years development experience in epoxy flooring- Previous supervisory experienceDuties will includeManagement of entire epoxy laboratoryManagement of all epoxy raw material inspection, testing, and acceptanceManage quality controlPlan and produce sales and marketing productsEvaluate and approve raw materialsRecommending changes to formulationsDevelopment of new epoxy productsDesired SkillsLaboratory managerR & D ManagerResearch and development managerDevelopment manager
