What you need: A BSc in Property Studies or Town / Regional / City Planning would be ideal. Relevant qualifications in town, urban, or regional planning, or real estate development, will be considered. Experience in economic or real estate research, with strong data analysis skills to guide strategic decisions. Skilled in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams toward shared goals. Ability to prepare and oversee project briefs and timelines, ensuring clarity and goal alignment.
