IT Deskside Engineer-L2/L3Job location: Location: Pretoria, South Africa, South Africa Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Desktop management.Knowledge of local and remote window diagnostic toolsPerform all roles and responsibilities of a Desk Side Support TechnicianProvide direct face-to-face world class end user support experience in a walk-up IT bar environmentProvide primary support to executive usersGreet and assist users with the check-in processUse outstanding diagnostic and deductive reasoning techniques to resolve productivity issues or perform warm hand off to an available guru with bandwidthProvide support for corporate sanctioned employee-owned devicesSchedule appointments taking into account user availability and the workload of the team • Owns the user experience, including identifying and averting potential escalationsBecome experts in and demonstrate new and upcoming technologiesProvide user training on business applications, operating systems, and interprets and communicates IT policies at a level appropriate to the audience
