Desktop Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:Provide onsite support to resolve daily incidents and fulfil service requests.Utilize the ISM Tool to manage daily tasks efficiently and meet SLAs.Commission and decommission domain and non-domain machines using SCCM according to standard procedures.Deploy software via SCCM.Coordinate and assist with employee desk moves.Offer support for audio-visual setups, video conferencing, printers, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).Document procedures and troubleshoot effectively.Be available for after-hours support when necessary.What Were Looking For:A passion for technology and an eye for detail.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.Excellent communication skills and a methodical approach to tasks.Proficiency in SCCM, Office 365, Windows 10/11, and smart device support.Experience with audio-visual/video conferencing support and printer support.Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop is a plus.Qualifications & Experience:A minimum of 6 years in desktop support.Relevant technical qualifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, SCCM, Azure, AWS).Why This Role?
