Hi Professionals,This is Jason Mathew from Ampstek.Ampstek is hiring for contract Assignments.Job Role: Desk side engineerJob Location: RustenburgExperience Required: 2 to 7 yearsJob Type: Contract RoleJob Description:Ability to apply the following skills at a defined level of proficiency required for the role.4 years relevant technical and fault-finding experience.Understanding of IT and network infrastructure.Strong understanding of CCTV, alarm, electric fence, access control and video management systems.Performance & Delivery Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.Support and maintain end user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance and training.Assist in inventory and asset management for IT resources including software, servers and workstations.Work with a team to automate management tasks, streamline processes and perform standard administration functions as needed.Resolving cross-functional issues at technical level; carry out industry standard tests to diagnose and resolve faults; gain in-depth knowledge of the skills required to monitor and diagnose problems relating to the technical area; production of technical and architectural documentation to agreed quality standards.Stay abreast of advances in technology; maintain professionalism, good attitude and appropriate behavior with IT personnel, clients and vendors.Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly workplace/office; be presentable and clean daily; lead by example, be flexible and willing to work overtime as requested by management; be open-minded in collecting info needed to complete tasks if no SOP is in place.Thanks & Regards,Jason Mathew | IT Recruiter | Europe & UKE-mail: ******: +48 (22) 1857586
