Experience Required Experience & Software Design
Minimum of 5 Years experience in conducting user research to inform solutions (User interviews, Heuristic evaluation, audits, desktop research). The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience in prototyping, wireframing, and designing solutions and interfaces (Experience in Sketch is advantageous). Ability to create personas and experience maps.
