DetailsAn amazing and rare opportunity has arisen within a highly successful fashion company for a Design Manager.
The Design Manager will play a key role in leading the design team and overseeing the entire design and development process of all ranges, and will drive the creating vision across all product categories.
Mentor more junior members of the design team, and lead the overall design team in designing and developing ranges. This will be across Ladies, Mens and Kids accessories and lifestyle products.Carry out continued trend and market research/analysis to ensure ranges are trend led and commercial.Work closely with the development and technical teams to successfully develop ranges.Work regularly with factories overseas, and monitor the critical path.Minimum RequirementsThe Design Manager will have previous experience in a management/senior role, with excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to enhance team productivity.
Experience in designing across areas such as jersey, accessories, knitwear, wovens or print/graphics would be beneficial although not essential.
