You will collaborate closely with marketing, communications and academic teams to support cross-functional projects.
The ideal candidate has experience with Figma for collaborative design, Hubspot for creating compelling client communications, proficiency in organising assets within Google Drive and the ability to produce engaging visuals for social media.
Video editing experience is a plus.Key responsibilitiesCRM and email design: Design visually appealing and responsive emails for CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), ensuring brand consistency and device compatibilityPresentation design: Create polished and on-brand presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint for various internal and external needsSocial media content: Develop impactful and engaging graphics optimised for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, enhancing audience engagementCollaborative design in Figma: Use Figma to collaborate on projects, sharing design assets and prototypes with cross-functional teamsGoogle Drive organisation: Manage and organise design files and assets on Google Drive, ensuring easy accessibility for team membersVideo editing (advantageous): Edit short-form video content for social media or educational materials, enhancing our storytelling abilitiesCampaign and brand support: Uphold and evolve our brand's visual identity across digital platforms and ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelinesWhat you must have: Technical skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)CRM design: Experience designing for CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Social Media design: Expertise in creating optimised visuals for social media platformsPresentation design: Proficient in creating presentations in Google Slides and PowerPointFigma: Experience with Figma for collaborative design projects and prototypingOrganisational skills: Strong organisational abilities to manage files within Google DriveVideo editing (advantageous): Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)Team player with strong communication skills: The ideal candidate will work closely with teams across the organisation to adapt designs to meet diverse needs and bring creative concepts to lifePreferred qualificationsPrior experience in online education or digital learningKnowledge of UX/UI design principles to create intuitive user experiencesUnderstanding of digital marketing trends and best practicesIf you are passionate about visual design and eager to support quality education through your creative work, we would love to hear from you!
