The Design Lead will focus on managing projects and coordinating with freelancers while contributing hands-on to design tasks when needed.The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to guide teams, maintain brand consistency, and deliver exceptional design solutions across various projects and niches.What you'll be doing:Manage and lead a team of freelance designers to meet project timelines and quality standards.Oversee the creation of visual assets across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.Develop and execute strategic plans for the design department to achieve organizational goals.Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.Provide hands-on design support for high-priority or overflow projects when needed.Review and approve creative work, offering constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.Manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently across projects, with a focus in Figma.Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the team's output remains fresh and competitive.Who are we looking for?Minimum of 5 years of experience in design roles.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant software.Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work across various niches.Proven experience managing remote teams and coordinating with freelancers.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Strong experience and portfolio in web design.Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational abilities.Fluent in English oral and written.Position: Design LeadRemote Status: Fully RemotePreferred Location: GlobalWorking Hours: 8 am to 5 pm ESTHolidays: US Local HolidaysSalary: USD 2200 to USD 2500 per monthInternal Job ID: 0386
