* Project Integration management
* Scope management (business objectives)
* Schedule management (schedule and critical path)
* Cost management
* Quality management
* Resource management
* Communications management
* Risk management
* Procurement management
* Excels at demonstrating the drivers of project management effectiveness, including Project cost tracking.
* Aligns project priorities to the organization's strategies/objectives
And here's what you need to apply:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent of education and work experience - degree or experience in architecture or construction management preferred
* PMP designation preferred
* Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility and success within project management
