We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end compliance management services. This includes analyzing compliance requirements, translating them into initiatives, ensuring compliant products and services, supporting business and audit teams during audits, and managing the implementation of actions to address findings. You will also be responsible for managing compliance breaches, risks, and issues.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze compliance requirements and recommend actions and initiatives to achieve compliance.Collaborate with product and project teams to ensure compliance requirements are understood and implemented.Provide audit assistance to the External Audit Team, collaborate with the product teams to obtain the necessary information and identify any high-risk areas.Review and advise on evidence required for audits to ensure preparedness.Monitor and report on the implementation of corrective actions.Identify areas of improvement and advise stakeholders on appropriate actions.Advise stakeholders on compliance actions to resolve queries.Review and recommend changes to business unit policies to reflect compliance requirements.Update and communicate the compliance roadmap to ensure awareness.Review and sign off on business requirements documents, testing strategies, and market checklists to address compliance requirements.Provide input to regulatory analysis of business processes.Ensure post go-live adherence through necessary monitoring and controls.Maintain a central repository for compliance documentation.Identify, evaluate, mitigate, monitor, and report on compliance-related risks and issues to the Risk Management team.Escalate compliance risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.Review regulatory incidents and initiate corrective action planning.Review and approve action plans and communicate with stakeholders.Report on all regulatory incidents to ensure compliance and awareness.Review and approve preventative actions.Estimate compliance effort for accurate project planning.Monitor own work activities and escalate risks.Identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve queries.Create and deliver training material to support compliance awareness.Key Qualifications And Experience2-4 years of experience (including 1-2 years of audit experience).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.Sound understanding of breach identification, registration, and categorization procedures.Skilled in resolving breaches.Familiarity with incident escalation processes.Demonstrates knowledge of compliance corrective and preventive actions.If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of compliance management, we encourage you to apply for this position.
