Unit Manager.DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 2 – 3 years experience in a supervisory position within a specialised unit.REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEInfection prevention and control.Knowledge of continuous improvement and quality assurance methodologies.Productivity management in nursing.Clinical risk management.Nursing functional knowledge.Knowledge and experience in auditing and accreditation processes.Human resource processes including employee relations.All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa.
