Deputy Manager | Elderly Nursing Home

Hours: 40 hours per week supernumerary working Monday to Friday Remit Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead to work in their nursing home based near the Burford area. This home provides care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and working within a leadership post in a care home setting such as Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or Head of Care.
