Hours: 40 hours per week supernumerary working Monday to FridayRemitCompass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead to work in their nursing home based near the Burford area. This home provides care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and working within a leadership post in a care home setting such as Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or Head of Care.Requirements2 years experience as Deputy Manager or Clinical LeadMust be a registered nurse with an active pin (RGN or RMN)Elderly/Dementia Nursing experienceGenuine passion for elderly careInterview ProcessThere is a 2-stage interview process:Stage 1 – Interview with the Home ManagerStage 2 – Formal interview with Home Manager & Operations ManagerLocationThis role is based near the Burford area and is easily commutable from Witney, Carterton, Bampton, Bicester, Bibury, Fairford, Shipton-under-Wychwood, Northleach, Faringdon, Eynsham, Oxford, and Northleach.
