Role Overview: Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day to day life. This means being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. As a Deputy Manager, you will ensure that the home environment supports both staff and the young people, making them feel secure, safe, and motivated.
Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our aim is to create the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care through a holistic service that addresses every aspect of their developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of day-to-day operations in the home.
Support the team to maintain high standards in the home.
Enable young people to regain their childhood and develop pathways to become well-rounded adults.
What We Offer:
Salary: Base salary of £40,051 - £46,629
Bonuses: Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year, £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,500 Responsibility Allowance, £1,000 Welcome Bonus upon successful completion of probation, and a £1,000 Loyalty Bonus after 12 months of employment.
Training: A full 4-week induction on our Care Academy.

Requirements:
A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference.
Level 3 Diploma qualification in Residential Childcare (England).
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is desirable.
A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
