Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the abattoir, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance productivity and maintain quality.Manage and develop operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, health, and safety standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to meet production targets and deadlines.Requirements:Proven experience in managing abattoir operations or a similar technical role.
