RESPONSIBILITIES: FINANCE/ADMIN: Responsible for budgets at the branchReview petty cash expenses monthlyOversee customer collectionsResponsible for profitability of the branchHR: Responsible for all staff enquiriesHandle all disciplinary actionCommunicate important information to the staffWelcome new staff and do the on-boarding procedureComplete performance appraisals every 6 monthsManage staff's capacity and productivityIdentify training needsEnsure that all systems put in place by department heads are followedOPERATIONS: Ensure that all insurance claims are sent to Head Office on time and accuratelyMonthly meeting with Labour outsource companyEnsure that alarm and security at the premises are in order and efficientOversee dispatch/receiving/loading of trucks/stock rotation & stock on handRun morning Ops meeting and ensure that all info is 100% accurateSALES: Ensure the sales representatives receive sales reports as neededManage free stock and samplesAssist the sales representatives in the trade when neededAssist with customer queries when needed
