Depot Manager

Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of depot staff to achieve operational objectives and performance targets.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise depot operations, including inventory management, routing, and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence.
Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Manage depot budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to maximise profitability.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the integrity of products and services.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
