Join to apply for the Depot Manager role at Total Recruitment Solutions.Job Responsibilities:Processing and sending out debtor's statements monthly.Processing of receipts per debtor on a daily basis.Processing debtor's reconciliation at the end of each month.Preparing the debtors report for head office monthly.Maintaining age analysis balanced to the G/L account.Continuous debt collecting and maintaining debtor's days in accordance with company policy.Handling all debt and stock-related queries.Filing of debtors and stock-related information daily.Placing and processing purchase orders to head office.Processing GRN on arrival of stock.Conducting monthly stock counts and reconciling inventory.Balancing stock movement to and from branches.Processing customer orders and invoices daily.Handling petty cash and approving reconciliations.Managing warehouse staff effectively.Criteria:Debtor's statements must be sent out by the 5th of each month.Debtor's report must be completed by the 6th of each month.Debt collecting and age analysis should be balanced monthly.Stock counts must occur on the 25th of each month.All stock movements must be balanced by the end of each month.Seniority Level:Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type:Full-timeJob Function:Management and ManufacturingIndustries:ManufacturingGet notified about new Depot Manager jobs in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
