Dental Practice Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction. Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.Handle financial management, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable. Capturing of billing & patient informationAllocation of payments using medical billing softwareMedical aid, patient follow-ups & managing medical aid queries. Performing general admin tasks eg filing, typing etc. Develop and implement practice policies and procedures.Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care delivery.Foster a positive work environment and promote team development.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field would be an advantage.Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical practice management role.Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficient in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
