Dental Compliance Manager / Remote with Travel / Full TimeMBR Dental are currently assisting a dental group who are now looking to recruit a Dental Compliance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Available as soon as possible.Will take notice periods into consideration.Full time opportunity - around 40 hours per week.Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm.From £40k per annum + £350 Car Allowance per month + 4 x Life Assurance and PMI (Moratorium).Enhanced holiday; 33 days + bank holidays.The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' compliance management experience and a minimum of 2 years' in the dental industry.You will be based from home however required to travel most of the week – 6 practices in the North West & 1 practice in Buckinghamshire.Meetings held weekly in Liverpool and 1 per month at head office in Market Harborough.As the business grows, you will also be required to manage compliance for the new practices.The Compliance Manager will ensure that all dental clinics adhere to legal standards, industry regulations, and in-house policies, with a strong focus on compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the successful individual will play a critical role in enforcing compliance in all aspects of operations and providing guidance on compliance matters.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to; policy development and implementation, risk management, regulatory compliance, training and communication, investigations and reporting & operational support.All candidates must have compliance management experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
