Career Growth Hospitality and Recruitment is looking for a skilled Demi-Chef De Partie to assist with impressing the guests with exceptional artisanal pizzas at a Luxury Wine Estate.
Responsibilities:
Uphold all health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Have comprehensive knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper care of all kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
Assist with preparing and crafting artisanal pizzas, ensuring impeccable dough preparation, topping arrangement, and baking techniques for every order.
Assist with the management of the pizza station, ensuring the workspace is clean, organized, and that all equipment is properly maintained.
Assist in the preparation of pizza dough, including mixing, kneading, fermenting, and proofing, while adhering to the restaurant's premium quality standards.
Work alongside the CDP to create and refine unique pizza recipes.
Ensure smooth service during busy times by coordinating with other kitchen sections for a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
Culinary Certificate/Diploma.
2-3 years of experience as a Demi-Chef De Partie.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional customer service orientation and people skills.
Ability to maintain professional relationships across departments.
